if someone bets all their points in trivia or any other game for that matter, no matter if you are wrong or right, you won't ever know because it brings up an error page instead of a right or wrong page, saying some bs like "your bet of <whatever> is more than the maximum of 0" and therefore you lose the points, yeah its probably stupid to be all your points or something you'd do if you were really bored but, this has happened twice, i wrote to the contact about this before without any response, and doubtful they even give a shit about this place having bugs?
its happened twice, i have found other bugs too, and my biggest gripe, why the hell would u call this a bbs when it has no resemblance whatsoever, anyyway if i get deleted so be it, i really don't give a rats behind and i would like my premium back too being its a damn waste of 25 bucks imo
You obviously spent the $25 on Premium in the first place, and I would assume you knew what you were spending your money on when you did so. Having said that, and you think it's a waste, why "waste" your money on it?
I have to say that i heard that usually people who use the contact link don't get a reply. However i don't agree that admins and comunity leaders don't listen to what we have to say. Every time i suggested or asked something in the zone BBS suggestion board i got an answer either from comunity leaders or J himself.
So try there and you might get an answer.

Firstly: I'll point out the fact that your presentation of this complaint is less than astounding at the very least. Even at the lowest degree of decency, one should attempt to present their discontent with any feature or bug with regard to this (or any other) site -- or, for that matter, any established organization who may be proffering some kind of service or product -- in a well-formed, clearly-thought out manner.
Secondly: Your attempted degradation of the Zone as a whole or in part, or any members thereof, or in fact any staff members and managerial personnel thereto, cannot hope to redeem you, to say nothing of lending your complaints and ill-contents with any level of validity. As stated in point one: Clarity and diplomacy will procure you a lot more attention than will duplicity and antagonism.
Thirdly: Why needs it be that when people remark about some flaw or other, they must immediately post script it with something to the extent of: I don't care if I get kicked off this site or not? Seek you to attain community support by sympathy in that fashion? If thus be the case, sir, I can personally assure you that you will achieve very little in such a way.
While I do agree that the contact link on the site should receive more attention, your merit with respect to this moot point is completely and irrevocably eradicated by your continuance to devalue and or otherwise demean the maintainers of this site -- a site which, I may add, you voluntarily log on to and participate in.
Grow up. Learn some English. Gain some etiquette. Practice diplomacy and patience, then please feel free to try again.
